Four-class series for girls ages 14-17
A deep dive into knowing and loving yourself!  The essential knowledge and skills teen girls need as they grow into confident women.  All groups are led by a Registered Nurse, Mom of Five, and Birth Worker.  

• Empowering education about the process of childbirth​
• Fostering a positive body image
• Love and respect for yourself
• Respecting your menstrual cycle
• Uplifting female anatomy discussions
• How to be your own best friend

Caregivers gather virtually immediately following the final meeting to be inspired in their task of raising girls who know.  *One ticket allows access for all girls in the same household.
