Four-class series for girls ages 10-13
An introduction into knowing and loving yourself!  Everything young girls need to prepare them with confidence for the years ahead.  All groups are led by a Registered Nurse, Mom of Five, and Birth Worker.  
  • Beginning female anatomy
  • Developing love and respect for your body
  • Your menstrual cycle (it's way cooler than you think)
  • Uplifting body discussions
  • You are the owner of your body
  • How to be your own best friend

Caregivers gather virtually immediately following the final meeting to be inspired in their task of raising girls who know.
